This class is designed for all levels and will take you beyond the exercise portion of Tai Chi. Although Tai Chi movements and postures will be emphasized, we will also learn how Tai Chi principles can reduce stress, improve your health and give you a new body with a new outlook. Tai Chi style meditation and relaxation skills will be taught as well as some easy-to-follow self-defense techniques. This class is for anyone, regardless of physical condition. This is an opportunity to exercise the mind, body and spirit by means of the ancient art of Tai Chi. Yang Tai Chi will be taught.
