| Learn what staging a home is and how to do it effectively. You will learn the secrets of how to stage a house for both occupied and unoccupied homes. Regardless of if your house is large or small, you will learn step by step what to do as you stage it. You will see many before and after pictures of staged homes. You will receive a special checklist and guidelines to aid you as you stage your home. Some of the things you will learn in this class is what paint colors to choose for your interior and exterior, lighting, and light fixtures, furniture sizing and placement, how to reduce clutter, differences between high end and average staging, odors, how to promote your upgrades, curb appeal, outdoor living, and so much more. During our last class, we will go on a field trip to one lucky student's house to learn on-site staging ideas.
