Train to work under a registered nurse by gathering vital signs, patient data, and providing care for the physical and emotional needs of patients. This program includes 30 hours of off-site clinical training where you will learn nursing skills, wound care, body mechanics and measuring vital signs. Additionally, you will learn about body systems, disease and infection control, legal and ethical issues, nutrition and personal care skills. This program will also help you prepare for the State of Georgia Nurse Aide Competency Examination.
