In this 8-week course, participants will take part in the 28-day program "cleaning and cleansing the different aspects of your life, mental, emotional, physical and spiritual", utilizingg the energy of the elements of nature. Air, Water, Fire and Earth. This course is based on the book by Denise Linn. The program includes journaling, daily affirmations, a personal contract, and more, to uncover their authentic, creative and joyful selves!
Special notice: This class will be delivered online. You will need access to a computer with an internet connection that remains stable for the duration of the class. Though a chat feature is available, a microphone is preferred. For most productive audio/video participation, a webcam and/or headset are encouraged. All virtual classes will be recorded.
