Cooking 101 (Grades 7-12)


Get ready to create delicious staple dishes on a college budget. An executive chef who will have your student excited to cook teaches this camp. Campers will practice advanced measuring, mixing, cutting, cooking and baking techniques while preparing their favorite dishes. They will also explore a wide range of dishes from quick 30-minute meals to all-organic dishes from scratch.
