Program Overview
Coles Executive Education Programs is offering a special edition of the Certified Managerial Coach Program for current EMBA students and recent EMBA alumni. This special program builds on the solid coaching foundation developed in the EMBA Program and is designed to deepen coaching skills through learning modules focused on key areas of managerial coaching and includes intensive guided coaching practice and individual coaching. Current EMBA students, recent EMBA alumni and others with significant, related experience who satisfactorily complete the 5 days of coaching instruction, coaching supervision, the written exam and demonstration of coaching will earn the designation of “Certified Managerial Coach” or “CMC”.
