Intro to Computer Design (Grades 8-12)

Ever wonder what’s inside the computer and what makes it work?  Here’s your chance to learn about all the parts of the computer and how they work together.  In this camp, students will learn about digital logic design and the hardware fundamentals of computer systems. Students will participate in hands-on activities using integrated circuits and breadboards. They’ll also go beyond the hardware to learn the basics of binary systems, Boolean algebra, combination logic design, and sequential logic design. This introductory camp is taught by the faculty of KSU's College of Computing and Software Engineering.
