Introduction to Wine/Holiday Wines

This 6-hour wine study class will present students with a significant wine background that makes this class a true wine learning experience. Students will learn about the history, expansion, and growth of wine. A closing segment will be devoted to Holiday Wines for Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukah, and the New Year.
