A transformational approach to aging with exercise designed to promote longevity and create a high quality of life, plus it is fun! Beginning with cardio warm-up with simple but effective moves which will stimulate the metabolism, increase lung capacity, heart health and stimulate brain power. Then into the strength training section where we mix it up using hand weights, stability balls, and resistance bands. Leading into a soothing cool-down that stretch, extend and flex the body, promoting optimal posture. The class will end with guided meditation to cultivate spiritual and untapped potential.
