A transformational approach to aging with exercise designed to promote longevity and create a high quality of life. Class begins with a simple cardio warm-up before moving to strength training with: hand weights, stability balls, and resistance bands. Class takes a cool-down period before concluding with a guided meditation. This program accommodates all fitness levels.
