Building Blocks Sampler

For the intermediate knitter who is interested in expanding their knowledge of techniques and skill, this class will explore a variety of techniques by making a collection of small knitted blocks.  Each week will introduce a new technique including cables, lace, intarsia, duplicate stitch, slipped stitch, mosaic patterns and entrelac.  Patterns will be provided for each block.  Learn to work from written instructions as well as charts.  Become skilled at the little tricks that finesse each technique.  Learn how to block each type of pattern, and finish by assembling your sampler bag or blanket with a variety of seaming and joinery techniques.
