While most studies of temples, mosques, churches and synagogues concentrate on the "what", "when", and "where", this mini-course will deive into the lesser explored "why". Through interactive discussions and hands on activities, we will discover that this "why", in particular, has served as an esoteric glue uniting all architecture deemed sacred, regardless of location and religious beliefs.
