Customer service is essential for businesses and organizations. With the increase of technology, human interaction with customers has become more important. Whether it relates to retaining customers, serving your audience, or turning inquiries from potential customers into sales, good customer service is now one of the central factors in organizational success.

In this class you will learn about contributing to the service culture, communication skills, listening skills, customer service and behavior, service in a diverse world, service via technology and encouraging customer loyalty. Textbook is required at the first class meeting and is available at the KSU Center Bookstore.
Prerequisite: High School Diploma or equivalency. Complete Skills Assessment and submit Program Application. Working knowledge of computers and access to computer and Internet are required.
