This program is designed for individuals desiring to break into this rapidly growing field and industry experienced professionals who want to enhance their résumés and advance their careers. Comprised of six topics, the program covers all the managerial skills needed in the construction management process, including how to read blueprints, quantify construction projects, estimate costs, schedule the work and manage the delivery process. Microsoft Project and Blue Beam software will be covered in the program. A textbook is required and can be purchased at the KSU Center bookstore.

Prerequisite(s): A high school diploma or equivalency. A working knowledge of computers. Access to computer, internet, and printer. Basic knowledge of excel spreadsheets is required.
