A transformational approach to aging with exercise designed to promote longevity and create a high quality of life, plus it is fun! Beginning with cardio warm-up with simple but effective moves which will stimulate the metabolism, increase lung capacity, heart health and stimulate brain power.  Then into the strength training section where we mix it up using hand weights, stability balls, and resistance bands.  Leading into a soothing cool-down that stretch, extend and flex the body, promoting optimal posture.  The class will end with guided meditation to cultivate spiritual and untapped potential.  This program is unique that is offers individual attention allowing you to train at your level, therefore, all levels are welcomed.

This workshop will help seniors and or caregivers navigate their way through the various services that are available to them as independent living becomes more difficult.  All too often big decisions must be made after an emergency when a family is emotionally stretched, and important decisions must be made too quickly.  During this workshop, we will use case studies to put a real -life spin on how to utilize local resources in your community and what is covered by insurance and what is not.  You will have an opportunity to ask all of your pertinent questions.
