This comprehensive, instructor-led, online version of the Human Resources Management SHRM-CP/SHRM-CP course, is recommended for those who are unable to attend an in-class course. This HR course is designed as a prep course for HR professionals preparing to sit for their SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification.  This course is also offered as an educational course for those wanting to learn more about the HR profession.  We teach using the SHRM Learning System’s Body of Competency and Knowledge.  This course offers convenience and there is no preset time that participants must be online. The asynchronous learning environment allows you to explore the course material in depth and to express yourself in ways that are not always possible given the time constraints of a conventional class.
