Partnered locations include , Park 75 at Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta, Fire Stone Wood Fired Pizza & Grill, Endive Catering, Parsley’s Custom Catering, Canoe, Murphy's, and Morningside Kitchen.   “Instead of being stuck in a classroom all the time, you are actually going to learn in the field and that is where it matters most,” said Spencer Barnett, 2012 graduate. “To be able to work in kitchens and see different aspects of cooking will show you diverse ways of doing it.” The comprehensive training program is led by a distinguished professional chefs who possesses more than 20 years of relevant experience. Chefs Frazer Breckenridge, Sadie Kennedy, Lisbeth Rawl and Aaron Russell will instruct students in a classroom setting and instill in them the fundamental kitchen skills needed to enter the culinary industry. As the course progresses, students will partake in interactive and engaging events allowing them to hone their craft of becoming a culinary artist. Two Mystery Basket nights, a Catered Affair and a Chef’s Table event all add to the well-rounded experience. Students will also receive instruction in ServSafe Certification in preparation for the ServSafe examination administered by the National Restaurant Association. Upon passing the exam, aspiring chefs will earn clearance to work in any food establishment. “Every class is hands-on,” said Wichuda Jimbhasut, 2014 graduate. “It’s a good opportunity to get into the kitchen with professional chefs.
