During the years 1933 to 1945, the Nazis and their collaborators were responsible for the persecution of millions of people from a variety of ethnic, religious, social and political backgrounds. This course will examine the diverse groups targeted by the regime, focusing on the ideologies, methods, and impact of the treatment of the groups during this period. Content will draw on resources from the Museum of History and Holocaust Education and new academic scholarship.
