Aqua Fitness

Join us at Holbrook Woodstock for a total body experience in our heated Saltwater pool. Our Aqua Fitness program helps to increase endurance and core stability while also reducing pain and improving joint mobility. We will use noodles, foam bells, and body weight to maximize your benefits from this class. All ability levels are welcome, and our instructors ensure all participants are working at their comfortable and safe level.  Each student will sign a participation waiver on the first day of class.
