The program was developed by the faculty of the Coles College M&A Academy and is focused on the special interests of M&A intermediaries serving private companies in the middle market and business owners preparing for acquisition or sale. Due to the travel challenges related to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Certified M&A Professional (CM&AP) Certificate Program has been re-designed for live virtual delivery over a six-week period.

Networking and Community: Opportunities for participant networking and coverage of other special M&A topics will be provided during scheduled virtual sessions, virtual mixers and virtual faculty office hours throughout the six-week period.
Participant Certificate: Participants who attend and actively participate in 9 or more of the 11 learning sessions of program earn a Certified M&A Professional certificate from Kennesaw State University's Coles College. In addition, for M&A Source members, successful completion of the program can be applied towards satisfaction of the educational requirements of the M&A Master Intermediary (M&AMI) certification, or as credits towards M&AMI recertification. The program also qualifies participants for CPE continuing education credits.
Tuition fee covers all electronic program materials and access to the learning management system (LMS). Discounted registration is available for multiple participants from same company. Participants will need to have a device (computer or IPad), preferably with camera and audio capability, and internet access to participate.
