This course will focus on the history of the Warsaw Ghetto. It will explore the experiences of Jewish residents, including the daily struggles for survival, the impact of Nazi policies, and the role of the ghetto as a microcosm of broader Holocaust atrocities. Some of the topics include the establishment of the ghetto, its living conditions, the formation of underground resistance movements, and the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising.
