Payroll Fundamentals covers the fundamental payroll calculations, completion of forms, and applications, providing students with the essential knowledge, skills, and abilities required to maintain your organization’s compliance while preventing costly penalties. This course is ideal for new payroll professionals, those who support the payroll industry, and those who are preparing for the Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) exam. 

This course is offered in partnership with PayrollOrg and is taught by experienced professionals in the payroll field, utilizing PayrollOrg's PayTrain Fundamentals body of knowledge.

• Paycheck calculations

• Payroll reporting and employment taxes
• Record keeping and payroll practices
• Payroll accounting
• Deductions and net pay calculations

Certifications:
This course will help prepare students for the Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) certification exam. The exam is not administered during the course.
