This course, expanded from its precursor QiGong/Tai Chi II, will utilize the same beneficial breathing and exercise techniques but with more advanced skills. Everyone will be taught Yang style 24 and 48 form Tai Chi as well as advanced QiGong forms and meditation. Regular practice of Tai Chi calms the mind, improves balance, and enhances overall mobility, endurance, flexibility, and muscle strength. Completion of QiGong/Tai Chi II recommended unless there is prior Tai Chi experience. A signed waiver is required before class.
