Instruction in the Restaurant Operations and Management Certificate program is centered around the three essential operational components in a restaurant: the business, the customers, and the employees.  By combining classroom instruction and practical application the student will gain a working knowledge of what it takes to successfully operate and manage the front of the house.

Upon completion of this course the graduate will have the fundamental skills needed to begin a career in Restaurant Operations and Management.

Textbook and a flash drive are required at the first class meeting and are available at the KSU Center bookstore.
