Learn about the impact of the coding changes on medical coders, healthcare staff, physicians, software systems, documentation, and information technology. There are more than 40 quizzes and exams for diagnoses and procedures by body system to test your knowledge and understanding. All materials included.
Prerequisite: Students should have some knowledge of medical terminology. Education in anatomy and physiology is also recommended but not required. This program is for anyone in the healthcare industry who wants to master medical coding and/or the ICD-10 code set. Coding experience is not required.
