This -10 week course will fulfill the 75-hour Georgia Real Estate Commission education requirement and will help you prepare for the Georgia Real Estate Licensee examination. This certificate program covers the basics of ownership, transfers and use of property, real estate law, mortgage fraud, finance, contracts and other required topics. Licensed real estate agents work in real estate offices, property management companies, lending institutions, appraisal companies, insurance companies, real estate development companies and home bases businesses. Textbooks are required at the first class meeting and are available at the KSU Center bookstore. Internet access is also required.
