Whether it be a website for work or a personal site, unleash your creativity and gain invaluable career training in the high-demand field of web design. Learn to use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create innovative designs for your website while also learning about usability, user interface, copyright best practices, design principles, color principles, page layout principles, digital file basics, asset creation, and basic HTML & CSS. Gain hands-on practice through instructor-led and personal design projects in the classroom.
Prerequisite: Complete Skills Assessment and submit Program Application. Students must have working knowledge of computers, especially Windows. Flash drive required.
Students are strongly encouraged to also purchase or have access to Adobe®
software in order to practice outside of class. This is a recommendation, not a requirement.
